Down at 132/1 A in Bhawaha Pur, you’ll find us working away. We’re in Allahabad, or Prayagraj as many call it now, right here in Uttar Pradesh. Caeli Food And Hospitality Llp is a small team of us who just wanted to start something in the food and hospitality world. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a local neighborhood. We don’t have those big glass walls or a fancy sign. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out how to run our business. The streets around Bhawaha Pur can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just part of the charm of being in an older part of the city. We spend our time managing the day-to-day things, making sure our projects are moving forward. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting with local vendors. Sometimes we have tea outside while we discuss our plans for the week. We aren’t trying to be a huge chain or anything. We just want to do good work from our base here in the 211016 area. It’s a simple life, and we put a lot of ourselves into keeping Caeli going. It’s not always easy, but it’s ours. We don't have a lot of staff, so we end up doing most of the heavy lifting ourselves.
