Viva Granites

We have been operating Viva Granites out here in Chimakurthy for quite some time. If you know Ongole, you know this area is pretty much all about the stone. Our yard is usually full of slabs leaning against each other, and there is always a layer of dust on everything because of the nearby quarries. It is just the way things are in this part of the country. We spend our mornings checking the new arrivals and making sure the cranes are working right. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually sit in the shade for a bit with some tea before getting back to the heavy lifting. We don’t have any slick salespeople or a shiny showroom with air conditioning. It is just a practical setup where we store the granite until someone needs it. Most of the people who come by are locals or contractors who have been doing this for years. They know what they want, so we just lead them out to the stacks and let the stone speak for itself. Sometimes a shipment is delayed or a truck breaks down on the road, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. Chimakurthy is a busy hub, and we are just one part of the noise and the grit. We focus on the daily tasks, like keeping the inventory straight and making sure the slabs don't get chipped during the move. It's a simple life here.
