Tirath Darshan

Our office for Tirath Darshan is located on Tti Road in Garacharama. We are pretty close to the Gara Chamra Hospital, so it’s easy enough to find if you are in the 744105 area of Port Blair. We focus a lot on local travel and helping people get where they need to go. It’s a small operation here. We have a few desks and a lot of maps hanging on the walls. Most of the time, we are just busy coordinating with drivers and making sure the schedules for the day are set correctly. It’s a bit of a trek from the main town center, but we like being in Garacharama. It feels more like a real neighborhood where people know each other. We don't have any big brochures or polished sales pitches. Usually, someone just walks in or calls us up because they heard about us from a friend or a relative. We take care of the details, like booking vehicles or figuring out the best time to head to the harbor. The island life is slow, but the travel business can be fast, so we try to find a balance. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by candlelight for a bit, but we don't mind that. We've been doing this for years, and we know the ins and outs of the local roads. It’s just honest work, helping people get around Port Blair and beyond without any extra fuss or complication.
