Sms Tours Travels is located at No. 39 S. N. Street, and we are right near the Dgnabad School. If you know Aberdeen Bazar, you know it gets pretty hectic when school lets out. The kids are everywhere and the traffic just stops. Our shop is small but it serves us well. We’ve got a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look up bus timings or flight prices. It’s not the quietest spot in the world, but we like being in the middle of everything. Aberdeen Bazar has its own rhythm and we have become a part of it over the years. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes because I forget things if I don't write them down immediately. We don't use any fancy systems, just some old ledgers and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start up. When people come in, we just talk to them like neighbors because most of them are. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local travel shop on S. N. Street trying to help folks get to where they need to go. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on, chatting about the weather or the local news. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We’re just regular people doing our job.
