Halder Tour & Travels

Our place, Halder Tour & Travels, is located at House No 17/2 in Sunder Colony. That is part of Ward No 1 over in the Haddo area of Port Blair. It is not a commercial storefront on a main road; it’s more of a local neighborhood setup. We like it that way because it is where we live and work. We have a small office space carved out where we handle all the travel arrangements. Haddo is a good spot because it is close to the harbor where the ships come in. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth from the house to the jetty. It is a lot of manual work, keeping track of names and dates on paper and on the computer. We do not have a team of secretaries or anything. It is just us doing what we can to keep everything organized. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog is barking or there is a bit of rain hitting the roof, but we just keep working. At Halder Tour & Travels, we focus on the practical side of travel. We make sure the cars are clean and the drivers know the pickup times. People find us through word of mouth or by looking for us in Sunder Colony. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another around the islands. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year.
