Mother India Travels

Mother India Travels is located right in Haddo, which is a very busy part of Port Blair. We have been working from this office for a long time, helping locals and visitors move around the islands. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you usually see the same faces every day when you walk in. The 744102 area is always humming with activity because of the jetty nearby. We spend a lot of our time organizing cars and checking on ferry timings. It isn't always easy because things change fast here, but we do what we can to stay on top of it. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with polished offices. We just like fixing travel problems and making sure people don't get stuck. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to have a cup of tea and chat with the neighbors. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. If a road is closed or a boat is canceled, we usually hear about it first. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay organized, even when it gets a bit messy during the peak season. It’s just us, working hard in Port Blair to keep things moving. We’ve seen the islands change a lot over the years, but our spot in Haddo stays pretty much the same. It is a decent way to make a living.
