Jaswins Tours & Travels

You can find us at 299, M G Road. We are in the School Line area of Port Blair. It’s a good location because there’s always something going on. Jaswins Tours & Travels has been around for a bit now. We mostly focus on getting people from the airport to their hotels and then out to the sights. I started this after working for another agency for years. I figured I could do it better on my own. My cousin helps me with the bookings. We have a couple of cars that we keep clean and ready. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s flight times. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs. People come in, tell us their plans, and we jot it down in a big ledger. We don’t use those fancy computer systems for everything. Paper works fine for us. Sometimes the traffic on M G Road gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons. We tell our guests to leave early so they don't miss their ferry. We know the local guys at the jetty, so that helps. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to stay busy and make sure the cars are running well. It’s a simple life here in 744101. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s mostly just us two and our drivers making it happen every day.
