Andaman Aqua Holidays

Andaman Aqua Holidays is our little office on Sarojini Naidu Road, number 11-2 in Goal Ghar. We are right opposite the Islamic Guidence Centre. We spend our days talking to people about their trips and figuring out boat schedules. Living and working in Andaman is different from the mainland. Things move a bit slower here, and we like that. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our files and maps. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past us on Sarojini Naidu Road. We know the islands pretty well because we live here. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, we just tell them which beaches are nice and how to get there. Sometimes the weather is bad and the ferries don't run, and we have to help people figure out what to do next. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the ports. Goal Ghar is a central spot, so we see a lot of different people. We enjoy the work because it’s about the place we live. We aren't corporate people. We’re just locals who know a bit about the water and the holidays here. We just show up and do our thing. It keeps the days interesting for us while we help people travel.
