Mini India Tours Travels is tucked away near the Municipal Office in Dollygunj. We’re on the Bidhan Baidya side of things. It’s a practical location because we’re close to where a lot of local government stuff happens. Our office is a modest space. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy decorations. It’s mostly just us, a couple of computers, and a lot of paperwork. Managing tours and travels involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend most of our day on the phone with drivers and hotels, making sure everything is lined up. Dollygunj can be a bit loud with the traffic and the people going to the Municipal Office, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It feels like the heart of the community here. We aren't some giant travel corporation. We are just a few people who know the local routes and the best ways to get around. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone won't stop ringing, and things get a bit chaotic. We just take it one task at a time. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If someone comes in, we just tell them what we can do and what the costs are. It’s straightforward. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we like the people we meet. It’s good to be a local business in a place like this where everyone knows everyone else. It is just our regular way of life.
