We are located at Mb 45 on Link Road in the Goal Ghar area of Port Blair. It is a bit of a busy stretch of road, but we like being in this part of town. Our office is quite basic, just a place for us to keep our records and meet with the drivers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy keeping track of the hotel vouchers and the entry tickets for the various islands. Running a travel business here means you have to be ready for anything. One day the sun is out and everything is fine, and the next day there's a storm and no boats are moving. We spend those days making a lot of phone calls to rearrange things. It’s just the two or three of us working here most days. We’ve lived in Port Blair our whole lives, so we know the local shops and the best places to get a quick meal. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If a guest asks about a place to eat, we tell them where we go ourselves. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don’t have a big corporate structure; it’s just a local office on Link Road. We handle the bookings, check the timings, and make sure the vehicles are ready for the morning pickups. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here every day.
