Dalia Travels

Our spot, Dalia Travels, is located in Govind Nagar, which most people just call Havelock 3. We are right in the middle of things here on the island. It’s a good place to be because the markets and the jetty aren't too far away. We spend most of our time helping people arrange their transport while they are visiting. Whether it’s a car for the day or just some advice on how to get to the next beach, we try to be helpful. The 744211 area is beautiful, but running a business here means dealing with a lot of island logistics. Boats get delayed and the weather can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time on our phones checking updates. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just a functional space where we keep our keys and paperwork. We like the local vibe of Govind Nagar and have been here for a while. We know all the local drivers and which roads are currently under repair. We aren't interested in using fancy marketing words. We just talk to people like we’d talk to our friends. If you need a ride or are wondering about the ferry, we just tell you what the current situation is. It’s a busy life during the season, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We know where the best food is and which beaches are the cleanest after a storm.
