It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which makes it easier for us to get things done without too much distraction. We handle a lot of fibre and stuffing, so things can get a bit messy on the shop floor. We try our best to keep it tidy, but that’s hard when you’re busy. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here, making sure the mattresses are filled right and the covers are straight. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. That’s how it’s been for years. Sometimes we sit on the steps during lunch and watch the cars go by. It’s a simple life. We make things that people use every night, which feels like a good way to earn a living. The equipment we use is older, but it still works perfectly fine for what we need. If a customer wants something specific, we listen and see if we can do it. We aren’t in a rush to grow huge or open ten branches. Being right here in Venkataeswara Nagar East is enough for us. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families at the end of the day.
