David & David Companies

We are based over at 21, 8th Cross in Brindhavan. It’s a pleasant enough spot to work from. David & David Companies sounds like a big name, but we are actually a pretty small operation. It’s mostly about family and people we’ve known for a long time. The 8th Cross is a decent street, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses around here quite well. Our daily routine is pretty much what you’d expect. We come in, start the coffee, and look at what needs to be done for the day. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved or a floor needs sweeping, whoever is free does it. We handle a mix of different things, which keeps the day from getting boring. We don't use any fancy business jargon or have complicated strategies. We just try to be honest with the people we work with and do a decent job. Brindhavan is a good place to be, and we feel like we belong here. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when we’re all talking at once, but it’s all in good spirits. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to keep the business going and make sure we can pay our bills at the end of the month. Our doors are usually open and the neighbors often stop by to chat about the local news while we work.
