Jyothy Laboratories Ltd

Our place, Jyothy Laboratories Ltd, is down in Ujala Nagar, which is part of the Thethampakkam area near the Suthukeny Post in Vazhudavoor. It’s quite a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet spot away from the heavy city noise. The labs are where we spend most of our hours, looking at samples and keeping the equipment running right. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but we like the peace out here. The air feels a little fresher than in the middle of town, though the commute can be long for some of the staff who live further away. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. The building itself is sturdy and does the job, even if the paint is peeling a bit near the windows. Inside, it’s all very practical with benches and glass jars and stacks of logs. We don’t have any fancy reception area, just a desk where the mail gets dropped off from Suthukeny. It feels more like a workshop than a big corporate lab, and that suits us just fine. Most days are spent doing the same tests and making sure everything is up to the standard we need. We’ve been a part of this landscape for years, and most of the locals know our gate. It’s a steady kind of life working here in Vazhudavoor, just doing our daily tasks and going home.
