Our spot is at 25, Jothi Nagar, right on the 100 Feet Road in Mudaliyarpet. Tushar Marketing Ltd. started as a small idea and now we handle quite a bit of trade and distribution from this building. The 100 Feet Road is always packed with vehicles, which is good for business but makes parking a bit of a nightmare for the staff. We deal with a lot of different vendors and clients every day. The ground floor is usually where the boxes are moving, and the upper floors are for the administrative work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the inventory, but that’s just the nature of marketing and distribution. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out in the hallway. We’ve been in Mudaliyarpet long enough that we know the neighbors and the local tea seller knows exactly when we need a break. The building itself is older, with some cracks in the tiles, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the deliveries are going to the right places. It’s a lot of physical and mental work combined. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the day.
