It’s a busy street with lots of movement, which suits us just fine. We mostly handle food products that come in from the rural areas nearby. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be organized with how we stack things. A typical day involves checking the inventory and talking to the drivers who bring the supplies in. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to get things done. We deal with various agro foods, mostly grains and processed items that people use in their kitchens every day. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. That’s life here. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We like being part of the Mudaliarpet community.
