Zunairah Developersprivate Limited is situated in the Sultanganj area of Patna, specifically on Dargah Road in Mandai. We work out of the house of Md Shamim Akhtar. This part of Patna is very old and crowded, with narrow streets and a lot of history. Being a developer in this area means we have to deal with a lot of tight spaces and busy neighbors. Md Shamim Akhtar is the one who keeps everything running and makes sure the projects are on track. Our office is just a simple room in the house where we meet with people and handle our paperwork. We don't have any shiny signs or big corporate logos. We just focus on developing property and building things that people in Patna need.
