City Ventures (I) Ltd

This office for City Ventures is located in Jagriti Colony, right off Ashiana Road. We are based out of the late J.P. Bhandary’s place. It’s near the Veterinary College in Patna. The colony is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road. We do our venture work from here. It’s a decent-sized house that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are a few of us here every day. We usually start the morning with some tea and then get into the files. Ashiana Road has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier than it used to be. The pin code is 800014 if anyone is trying to find the exact spot on a map. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We just use this house because it’s where we’ve always been. The rooms are filled with folders and computers. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it works for us. We handle a variety of things here. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits unless they really have to. We just focus on the business at hand and try to stay on top of the local market. It takes some effort to keep everything organized when you're working out of a home, but we have our system. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the job done without any big fuss or unnecessary meetings.
