We’re located over in Bank Colony, right near St. Karen’s School on Gola Road in Danapur. Patna can be a pretty hectic city, but our little corner here is okay. Being near the school means it gets quite busy in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. We’ve been working out of this office for a while, focusing on homes and building projects around the area. It’s not a huge setup, just a few of us who know the local neighborhoods well. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or want to build something. The streets around Gola Road have changed a lot lately, with more shops and houses popping up everywhere. We just try to keep up with it all. There’s no big corporate board here, just us sitting around a table figuring out the next steps for a project. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a quick snack or a tea when things get slow. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, we just talk about what’s possible with the land and the materials we have.
