Modernvilla Construction

We are Modernvilla Construction and you can find us over in Kankarbagh. It’s a busy part of the city and we fit right in with the noise and the constant movement. Our main thing is building homes and villas, though it isn't always as glamorous as the name sounds. Most of our days are spent dealing with bricks, cement, and a lot of paperwork that piles up on the desks. The office isn't much to look at because we are usually out on-site making sure the foundations are right. We have a small crew that has been together for a good bit now. We know each other’s habits and how to get things moving even when the materials are late. Kankarbagh is a place where everyone seems to know everyone, so word travels fast if you do a decent job or if you mess up. We just try to stay on the good side of that by doing what we are supposed to do. It’s not about having some big corporate vision or anything like that. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make the owners feel like they got what they paid for. There’s always a lot of tea drinking and arguing about the best way to fix a problem, but that’s just how construction goes. We are just local people trying to make a living by building stuff for other local people in the neighborhood.
