Sakshi Vihar

Sakshi Vihar is situated on Maurya Path, right in the Khajpura area off Bailey Road. We are quite close to Uttam Palace in Sheikapara. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on around here. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. The building is easy enough to find if you know the landmark of the palace nearby. Most days, we are just here making sure everything is running okay. We don’t really go in for those big, polished marketing speeches you see online. We just provide a space and services for people who need them. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Our team is just a bunch of local guys who know the streets and the people. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We don't have a fancy reception area with marble floors or anything. It's more of a practical place where work gets done. People come to us when they have an event or need a spot to stay, and we just try to be helpful. We keep our overhead low so we can just keep doing what we do without any extra stress. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the folks in Sheikapara. We just take each day as it comes.
