We started ZS Homes Developers Private Limited from our spot at Mount Kailash Appt on Maurya Path. Sultan Ahmed is the one running things here and has been for a while. Khajpura is where we are based and we know the area pretty well. Most days you will find us busy with paperwork or out at building sites around Patna. It is a lot of work getting houses up and keeping everything on track. We are not some giant corporate office with fancy rugs and glass walls. It is just a desk and some chairs in the apartment. Sometimes the traffic outside on Maurya Path gets really loud but we just get used to it after a while. Construction involves many small details that people do not usually see. We deal with materials and labor every single day. It is not always smooth sailing. Some days the weather stops everything and other days we are working late to catch up. Being in Bihar-800014 means we see how the city is changing fast. We just focus on doing the job right. My family has been around this part of Patna for years so we like staying local. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily grind and making sure the projects move forward. Being in Khajpura keeps us central to most of our work. It is noisy and busy but it is home. We just keep our heads down and work.
