We have been operating Youth-Homes & Developers Private Limited from Anil Kumar Singh’s property on Gola Road for some time. It is a busy area in Danapur, especially with all the new construction happening around Patna. We spend our days handling the actual work of building homes, which usually means a lot of time spent on dusty sites and making phone calls to suppliers. It is not always easy, especially when the monsoon rains hit or when the summer heat gets too intense to work during the middle of the day. We are just a small team of people who know how to put a building together. You won’t find us using big words or wearing suits; we are usually in work clothes and boots. Our office is simple, located right there in Danapur, and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the projects. People around here know we are just regular folks trying to do a decent job with the bricks and mortar. We take things as they come and try to fix problems as they arise on-site. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials through the narrow streets can be a headache, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is practical work for practical people, and we are just glad to be staying busy in this part of town. We just focus on the task at hand and keep going.
