We are based in Danapur, specifically in the Balajinagar area of New Mainpura. Our office is right there at Mohan Kumar’s house, which is quite close to the Hitech Hospital. It’s a growing part of town, so there is always something happening nearby. Being developers means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and walking through plots of land. We started doing this because we saw how much Danapur was changing. It’s not fancy work, it involves a lot of muddy shoes and long hours talking to contractors. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us trying to put together projects that make sense for the neighborhood. Usually, our mornings start with a quick meeting to see what needs to be done at the different sites. Sometimes we’re dealing with delays or waiting for supplies to turn up, which can be frustrating, but we manage. The office usually has a few people coming in and out, checking on progress or dropping off files. It’s a local business and we like being part of the community here in Balajinagar. We’ve seen the hospital area get much busier over the last few years. Dealing with construction and development takes a lot of patience, but we’re used to the pace of things in Danapur. We just show up every day and get to work on whatever is next on the list.
