Y Kumar Constructions Private Limited is a local business we run out of Village Korji in the Phulwarisarif block. Our office is at Chittranjan Kumar’s place. We are right in the middle of Danapur and Phulwarisarif, so we stay pretty busy with work around both areas. Construction is a job that never really stops. There is always a wall to build or a roof to pour. We are just regular people who know how to handle these types of projects. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we are some big international firm. We are just local guys with some tools and the knowledge of how to use them. The village life is quiet, but our work is usually noisy and dusty. That is just how it is. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the workers are doing what they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to deal with delays, maybe because of a festival or just because the materials didn't arrive on time. We take it all in our stride. We have our small office in Korji where we keep the books and meet with clients. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just want to build things that stay standing for a long time. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and we just keep going. It keeps us active.
