We are World Class Buildcon Private Limited, located on the 2nd Floor of the Vision Shiva Complex. That’s right on Bailey Road in Rupaspur, Patna. Our zip code is 801503. It’s a busy part of Bihar, and being on Bailey Road means we are right in the middle of everything. The office is where we coordinate all our building projects. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything, we just show up and work. Building stuff is mostly about managing people and materials. Some days it’s a real headache when things don't show up on time. We just have to deal with it and keep going. The office in Vision Shiva Complex is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just need a place to work. Patna is growing fast, so there is always a new project to look at. We stay busy year-round. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We know the area well and we know the local suppliers too. It’s a straightforward business. We do construction and we do it from our base here in Rupaspur. If we aren't in the office, we are probably out at a site checking on the walls or the foundation. It gets noisy with all the cars on Bailey Road but we don't mind much. It keeps us feeling connected.
