Wizard Infratrade Colonizers is located over in Danapur, specifically in Ward Number 6 of Shahpur. Sanjay Kumar and the rest of us run things from here, and it’s a pretty busy little spot in Patna. The name might sound a bit grand, but we are really just local guys who know about land and how to organize it for people to live on. We spend a lot of time walking through plots of land and figuring out where the drains and roads should go. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We don't have a polished front office with someone in a suit greeting you. You’ll usually find us in work shirts, probably arguing over a map or a legal document. Dealing with land in Danapur has its challenges, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't get surprised much anymore. We don't go around saying we are the best at anything. We just say that we are here and we are working. If someone has a question about a colony we are developing, they just come by and ask. We don't believe in hiding behind a website or a phone line. It’s a very hands-on business, and we like it that way. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a delay in permits or a problem with the fencing, and we just handle it as it comes.
