Winsome Housing Private Limited is located at Ramjaipal Nagar, right near the dental clinic. You can find us at Sri Sanjeev Kumar’s place; he’s the son of Sri Rajeshwar. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. We spend our days trying to get housing projects off the ground. It’s not always smooth sailing. There’s a lot of talking to planners and dealing with the guys who do the actual digging and laying of bricks. Our office is pretty simple, just enough room for a couple of tables and some chairs for when people come to talk about their homes. We don't have any shiny brochures or anything like that. We just tell people what we can do and how long it might take. Ramjaipal Nagar is growing fast, so there’s always something being built nearby. We like being part of that growth, even if it means we’re constantly covered in dust. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, but that’s just how construction goes. We try to be fair and do the work right so we don't have to go back and fix things later. It’s a lot of responsibility, helping people get their houses ready. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork and the actual building work.
