Wande Bharat Constructions Private Limited is our company based in Khabra, which is in the Mushahari block of Muzaffarpur. We are located right near the Shiv Temple, which makes it easy for people to find us. Ravi Kumar Roshan is the one who handles the main things at the office there. We do construction work all around the Muzaffarpur area. It’s a lot of running around from one site to another. We spend a lot of time on the roads, making sure our projects are moving along. The work is mostly about managing the laborers and getting the right supplies at the right price. Sometimes the roads around here get messy, but we still make it to the sites. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy presentations. If you want to know what we do, you just look at the buildings we’ve worked on. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with bricks, cement, iron rods, and the people who know how to use them. Some days the heat is really intense, but the work has to get done anyway. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized at our spot near the temple. It’s a local business and we know the people around here. We just try to do a decent job and get the work finished so we can move to the next one. It's a lot of physical labor but that is construction for you.
