Vstar Construction Private Limited is situated in Bind Toli, which is in the Phulwari area of Patna. We operate out of Sanjay Kumar Singh’s place. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been working in this part of Bihar for a while now. Construction is what we know best. It isn't always pretty work, it’s mostly dirt and concrete and trying to stay on schedule. We have a small team that knows the neighborhood well. We do everything from looking at the initial plans to making sure the last bit of paint is dry. Some days we are out in the sun for hours, and other days we are stuck inside doing the paperwork that comes with running a private limited company. It’s a balance. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that finishes what it starts. Bind Toli is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of Phulwari easily. We handle the materials ourselves and talk to the workers directly. There is no middleman telling us what to do. We just look at the site, see what needs to happen, and get to it. Sometimes we have to deal with broken equipment or bad weather, but we just keep going. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the local community here in Patna. There is always a lot to do every single day.
