VRR Buildcon (OPC) Private Limited is located over on Akhara Road in Phulwari. The office is at Urmila Devi’s place in Karauri Chak. Being an OPC means it is a bit more personal, and there is a lot of direct involvement in everything we do. Construction is a tough business around here in Patna, but we manage. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons at the sites. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, maybe a supplier is late or the labor doesn't show up, but we always find a way to fix it. That is just part of the daily life for us. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. The area around Karauri Chak is busy, so there is always something going on. We keep our tools and our paperwork in order at the address on Akhara Road. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we need. Building things takes time and patience, and we have learned a lot about that over the years. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the measurements are right and the materials are good quality. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the small things that can go wrong. We are just local people doing a job we know and we try to do it right every day.
