Surya Devi and Jagdish Singh Yadav are the ones behind this. We’ve been working in the development and construction field around Khagaul for a while now. It’s a part of the city that is really expanding. Every time you drive through, there’s something new being built. We try to stay involved in that growth. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of coordination with different trades. From the guys doing the foundation to the ones finishing the roof, everyone has to work together. We spend a lot of time on site making sure things are moving along properly. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of mud, dust, and noise involved. But at the end of the day, when you see a structure standing where there was nothing before, it feels like we’ve done something worthwhile. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We are just local residents who know the area and know how to get things built. Our office is a quiet place where we handle the books and meet with people.
