You can find us at Vikash Vihar Projects Private Limited over in the Vikash Vihar Colony in Khajpura. We operate out of the home of Sri L. P. Singh. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes for a good atmosphere to work in. We don't have a separate commercial building or anything like that because we like being right here in the colony. Most of our work is done on the kitchen table or at a small desk in the corner. We focus on local projects and because we live and work in the same area, we see our neighbors every day. This keeps us honest because we have to see the results of our work every time we go for a walk. We don't have any corporate training or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs to be done. Whether it’s talking to a builder or checking on a shipment of bricks, someone is always busy. L. P. Singh has been a part of this community for a long time, so people trust us to do what we say. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell you what is happening with the project and when it will be done. It is a small, family-style business and we are proud of the fact that we stay close to the ground and handle everything ourselves without any big-city polish.
