Vericon Developers is tucked away in Phulwarisharif, specifically over at the Azam Campus in Nohsa. If you know the area, you know Plot No 365 can be a bit tricky to find if it’s your first time visiting. We’ve been operating out of Ishrat Jahan’s house for some time now. It’s not like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center; it’s more of a neighborhood setup. We mostly focus on local development work around Khata No 460 and the surrounding parts of Patna. Dealing with land and building stuff here means you spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and making sure the boundaries are right. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local office and waiting for documents to clear. We have a small crew that knows the ground here quite well. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors who are running late or trying to figure out where the sand delivery went. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the wedding season or when the roads get blocked for festivals. We don't put up big billboards or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the houses we work on are solid and done right. It’s quiet out here compared to the main city, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do.
