Veenand Design And Construction Private Limited is our small company run from A/103 Shanti Vihar Aptt. It's in Salimpur Ahra Kadamkun. We've been around here for a while now. This place used to belong to Sri Nand Lal Pd, who is the son of Late Ram Mistry. Construction is what we do. It’s hard work but we enjoy seeing things get built from the ground up. Most days you’ll find us busy with blueprints or out at a site checking on progress. It gets dusty and loud sometimes. That is just how the job is. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular flat where we keep our papers and meet people. Sometimes the tea runs out. People around Kadamkun know where to find us if they need help with a building project. We don't spend much on ads. Word of mouth usually brings folks to the door. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with. Building a house is a big deal for people so we take it seriously. It takes time to get everything right. There are always some delays with weather or materials but we deal with it.
