Vardhanshi Infratech is based in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, right in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. If you see the SBI ATM building, that is us. We are in that same block, which makes it pretty easy for people to find when they come by for the first time. Kankarbagh is always full of life and a bit of chaos, which we have gotten used to over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some chairs and a few computers. We handle various infratech projects, so there is always talk about materials, labor, and timelines happening in the background. The building is right on the main path, so we hear the honking and the street sounds all day long. It helps us feel like we are part of the city. We are a small team, and we usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to get finished by evening. There is no corporate ladder here or fancy titles that don't mean anything. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized with all the files we have. The ATM downstairs is a good landmark, and there are plenty of little shops nearby where we grab lunch or snacks. It is a decent place to work, and being in a central part of Patna like this keeps us busy. We just keep things moving one day at a time, making sure that all the paperwork is filed.
