Ramjanki Colony is a quiet enough place to work, though there’s always someone shouting for a rickshaw or a vendor passing by. We don't have a flashy website or a big sign with lights. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we are. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and going over the details of different plots and buildings. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. There’s always a permit to chase or a supplier to call. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because that’s not how we talk in real life. We just say what we mean. If a job is going to take a month, we say a month. We like the local feel of the area. It feels like we are part of the community rather than just some company. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with old maps and coffee stains on some of the folders. It’s just us doing what we do. We hope to stay here for a long time.
