VANAVAR ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Sita Sadan on South Daulatpur Road. It’s a familiar spot if you know Raja Bazar well. We’re over at Siya Saran Sharma’s place. We do engineering and construction projects around here. It isn't a massive operation, just a group of us who know how to build things and get the job done without too much fuss. We started this because there was plenty of work to do in the area and we had the skills. Every morning we meet up at the office to plan out the day. It’s often loud and a bit messy, but that is construction for you. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People stop by Sita Sadan when they have a project in mind. We talk it through, look at the site, and see what we can manage. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We’re part of the neighborhood, so we see our clients at the market or on the street all the time. That keeps us honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do decent work on the houses and structures around Raja Bazar. It's a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the task at hand and try to finish before the season changes too much.
