Vaishali Softvelly Private Limited

Vaishali Softvelly Private Limited is based out of Ababakarpur. We are set up at Deep Lal Yadav’s place. It’s a local operation. We don't have those fancy glass walls or expensive chairs you see in movies. It’s just a room with some sturdy tables and our computers. We chose this name because we wanted something that felt like it belonged to the region. Working in software from a place like Ababakarpur has its challenges, but we enjoy the peace. Most of us grew up around here. When we aren't coding or fixing bugs, we’re usually just chatting about what’s going on in the village. The air is better here than in the cities. We do a lot of different software jobs, whatever comes our way really. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we spend hours just looking for one missing bracket in the code. We take our lunches together and usually talk about anything except work for an hour. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s families and stories. We keep our overhead low and our heads down. The address is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been here long enough that people know where the computer guys are. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We just want to keep building things and staying busy. Sometimes the goats outside make more noise than we do inside. It’s a funny contrast to the high-tech work we are doing. We don't mind it though. It keeps us grounded.
