Our office is located at Monarch House, right in the Awasthighat area near Danapur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main post office in Digha, but we like it here. Monarch Softel Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. isn't one of those massive companies with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team working on software and technology things every day. Usually, the mornings are quiet while everyone gets their coffee and starts looking at code. By the afternoon, it gets a bit more hectic with people talking across desks. The building itself is quite recognizable in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. We spend a lot of time on computers, obviously. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just part of working around here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It feels more honest that way. We just show up, do the coding or the tech support that needs doing, and then head home. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We have some plants in the office that we forget to water sometimes, but they seem to survive. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their way around a computer and want to get the job done.
