V A Public School is over on Road No 1 in Sanjay Nagar, which is part of the Postal Park area in Patna. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a good spot for a school. We are right in the middle of where people live, which makes it easy for parents to drop their kids off. The school building is a modest one, nothing too grand or tall. We have a few floors with classrooms for the different ages and grades. It’s a co-ed school, so we have a mix of boys and girls from the local families. We don’t have a massive playground with grass, but there’s enough space in the courtyard for the kids to line up for morning assembly and move around during lunch. The teachers are mostly from around this part of Patna. We keep the administration very simple. There’s a small desk near the entrance where we take care of the fees and talk to visitors who stop by. We aren't a corporate chain; we are just a single school serving our local area. The classrooms are basic, with the usual wooden benches and some posters on the walls. We don't spend money on big ads or colorful billboards. People know we are here because they walk past our gates every day. We try to keep the place clean and safe for the students. It’s a very normal, practical environment. We just do our best to follow the curriculum and help the kids learn. It’s a community school through and through.
