We are URMILA SURENDERA CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our main base is located in the village of Modhai. Specifically, we are in Lekhan Tola, which is in the Pareo area of Bihta. We operate under the care of Surendar Kumar. Bihta is where we do most of our business lately. It’s a growing place with lots of new things happening, and we have been part of it for a bit. Our office is just a simple building in the village. We don't have a big corporate feel because we aren't a big corporation. We are just local contractors. We take our work seriously, but we talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Most of the folks who work with us live nearby in the village. We know the roads and the land around Modhai and Lekhan Tola very well. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office or expensive suits.
