URFI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Urfi Construction Private Limited is located in Ward No. 3 in the Daudpur Shahpur area of Patna. We have been doing this for a while now. It’s not a fancy operation with a lot of suits and ties. We are usually in our work clothes dealing with cement and iron rods. Patna is a busy place and there is always some construction going on. We take on various projects, mostly houses and small buildings for people nearby. It gets pretty loud and messy once we start digging foundations. That is just how construction is. We try to be honest about how long things will take. Sometimes the labor doesn't show up or the materials cost more than they did last week. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices. Our office is simple and we spend most of our time out on the sites anyway. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination. We hire local men who know the job. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just build things. Some days are long and stressful, but we like seeing a building finally finished. It’s a tough business but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work.
