Urbanzila Technologies India is located in Patliputra Colony in Patna. We are over in Flat No. 103 of the Deoki Kunj Apartment. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential with plenty of trees around. Working out of an apartment flat gives the whole thing a very informal feel. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower. Instead, we’re part of a regular building where people actually live. Our office space is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind much. It makes it easier to talk to each other without having to send emails. We spend our time working on various tech solutions and managing our daily operations. The kitchen in the flat is where we usually gather for breaks. It’s not a corporate cafeteria, just a regular kitchen where someone is always making tea or heating up lunch. We like the pace of life in Patliputra Colony. It's a bit more relaxed than the city center. We don't have any big corporate policies about what to wear or when to take breaks. We just expect everyone to do their part and help out. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We’re just a team of people trying to make a go of it in the tech world while staying close to home and family.
