Unitek Buildcon Private Limited is located in the Samanpura area of Patna. Our office is c/o Mohammad Rahman Samiur, situated in Indrapuri on the Ashiana Digha Road. This part of Patna, 800014, is always bustling with activity. We’ve been working in the buildcon sector for some time now. It’s a lot of managing workers and trying to keep the costs from spiraling out of control. We don’t have a lot of polished things to say about ourselves. We are just a group of people who know how to manage a construction site. Some days are good and everything goes according to the plan, but other days we are just putting out fires and dealing with missing supplies. That’s just the reality of the business. We are right there on Ashiana Digha Road, so we see the city growing every day. We aren't looking for awards or big headlines. We just want to get the next project finished so we can move on to the one after that. It’s practical, everyday work. We talk to the clients directly and try to keep things simple. No fancy jargon or corporate strategies here. Just bricks, cement, and a lot of patience. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market and we’re still here, doing our thing in Patna.
