Vikram Kumar and the rest of us run things from Karbighiya, which is quite close to the main parts of Patna. Specifically, we are over in the Dhalnew Bigrahpur area. If you know Patna, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is basically at Binod Yadav’s place. It’s a simple construction business. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers every day, but we keep busy with various local projects that come our way. The construction life is mostly about managing labor and getting materials to the site on time. It can be a headache sometimes with the traffic in Patna, but we manage somehow. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just trying to make a living and doing decent work for people who need it. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We sit around, discuss the day's plan, and then head out to wherever the work is located. Most of the guys on the team have been doing this for years. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we are here in Bigrahpur and people know where to find us. It’s practical work. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or supply issues, but we always try to get back on track. It is just a regular local business trying to stay steady in the city and keep the guys working.
