Underscore Aimlabs is based in Patna, specifically in the Luv-Kush Apartment complex. Our office is at B-207 in Sidharth Nagar, Kjahpura. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it quite a comfortable place to work. You don’t get that cold, sterile feeling of a commercial building. We have a few rooms dedicated to our different projects. Sometimes the hallways are a bit narrow when we're moving equipment around, but we make it work. Living and working in the same general area of Patna makes life a lot easier for everyone. We don’t have to deal with hours of traffic every morning. The apartment is usually pretty quiet, except for the occasional sound of neighbors or kids playing outside. We’ve got our desks pushed up against the walls and wires running across the floor in some spots. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We focus on our lab goals and try to stay on top of the tasks we’ve set for ourselves. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just all pitch in where needed. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. We like the independence of having our own space in Sidharth Nagar. It’s a practical location for a tech company that wants to stay grounded. We aren't interested in flashy branding or big slogans. We just want to do good work and keep the business running smoothly from our small apartment base, day in and day out.
