Umland Real Estate Private Limited is based out of Road No.1 in the Magistrate Colony of Khajpura. We share space with Manju Sinha’s place. It’s a decent neighborhood and a good spot for us to manage our real estate work. We don't have a flashy storefront with neon signs. It's just a regular house where we do our business. Most days involve looking over land documents, meeting people who want to buy or sell, and driving around Patna to look at different plots. The real estate market here can be pretty wild, but we try to keep a level head about it. We don't use high-pressure tactics to get people to make a deal. We’d rather everyone feels comfortable with what’s happening. Our desk is usually covered in maps and legal papers. It takes a lot of patience to get everything lined up properly with the local authorities, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bihar. We just want to help people find a piece of land or a house that fits what they need. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time showing properties, so it’s always better to call first. We are just regular people working in a field we understand, trying to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone we deal with.
