UD HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Danapur, specifically in the Mangalam area. We’ve got our small office in Moti Kunj, which is a residential building. If you are looking for us, we are in Flat 301 on the third floor of building 130/12. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the center of Patna. Working out of a flat keeps things feeling more personal and less like a big cold corporation. We handle a lot of home-related projects from this small space. Most of the time it’s just a couple of us going through blueprints or making calls to suppliers. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy files, but we don’t mind. We’ve been in Danapur for some time now and have watched the town expand. The people around here are good, and we try to stay on good terms with all our neighbors in Moti Kunj. We don’t have a big sign outside or flashy lights. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves. Sometimes we meet clients at the site, but most of the planning happens right here at the desk in room 301. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff. We like the local vibe of Danapur and plan to stay put for as long as we can. It’s just us doing our part in the housing sector.
