We are located in the Shivapuram area of Rukanpura, right here in Patna. Trimbakeshwarshiva Buildtech Private is a small setup operating out of Ram Kumar Singh’s residence. It’s a busy part of town, but we managed to carve out some space for our office. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to suppliers about cement and steel. Working in construction in a city like Patna means you have to deal with traffic and noise all day, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a few chairs, a desk, and a lot of paperwork. Usually, someone is always on the phone trying to coordinate where the materials need to go next. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take six months, we tell you it will take six months. We don't like making promises we can't keep just to get a contract. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from their friends or family. It's a small world in Khajpura, and word travels fast if you do a decent job. We just want to build houses and buildings that people can actually live in without worrying about things falling apart. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours under the sun, but that’s just how this business is.
